Introduction
Let me be blunt…
I made $115 million online without being famous, without going viral, and without a massive social following.
No investors.
No Shark Tank.
No trust fund.
Just a laptop, a relentless work ethic, and a few high-converting offers.
If you’re looking for the truth about how to build a high-ticket business that prints cash even if no one knows who you are, this post is for you.
How I Made $115M Without a Single Follower (And How You Can Too)
Step 1: Start with What You Know (Even If It’s “Boring”)
The biggest lie entrepreneurs believe is they need to be an “expert.” You don’t.
You just need to solve a painful problem.
Let me give you an example. One of my clients, Cynthia, worked in college admissions for 20 years. No followers. No fancy funnel. Just knew how to get kids into top-tier schools.
So she packaged it up as:
“I help students get into Ivy League colleges with a 90% success rate.”
She spent $8K on ads and made $135K in revenue.
Why?
Because her offer solved a real, painful problem… and she had credibility in the space.
You have something similar. You just haven’t packaged it yet.
And if you don’t have a skill? Go get one. I don’t want to hear excuses.
Go to Allison.com. Free courses on ads, coding, copywriting—you name it.
Learn a skill people will pay for, then sell it.

Step 2: Stick to Health, Wealth, or Relationships
These are the only 3 markets that consistently scale.
I don’t care if you teach guitar or underwater basket weaving—tie it back to:
- Getting healthier
- Making more money
- Or building better relationships
People only buy for emotional reasons. Period.
If your offer doesn’t touch one of those three areas, you’re going to have a hell of a time selling anything at a high price point.

Step 3: Use the 4-Point Offer Framework (Stolen from Hermozi)
Let’s keep it simple. Here’s how you know if your offer is elite or weak:
(Dream Outcome) × (Likelihood of Achievement)
÷ (Time Delay) × (Effort & Sacrifice)
TL;DR: The better and faster your offer works—and the less effort it takes—the more it’ll sell.
Take liposuction. Instant results. No effort. People pay $5K without blinking.
Compare that to your average fitness program. It’s slow, requires discipline, and nobody sticks with it.
You need to engineer your offer to:
- Promise a result people crave
- Back it with credibility (proof/success rate)
- Reduce how long it takes
- Remove complexity and “homework”
If you can’t remove the time/effort, at least jack up your certainty.
Your prospects need to believe you can get them there—fast.

Step 4: Talk to 100 Humans Per Day
This is what took me from $2,000 in two years to $10,000 in one week.
You don’t need ads to start.
You don’t need followers to start.
You don’t even need a website.
You just need conversations.
If you’re broke and starting out, here’s the game plan:
- Send 100 DMs per day
- Start simple: “Hey, thanks for following me! What’s your goal with [insert niche]?”
- 30% reply rate → 6 calls → 2-3 sales → Done.
Do that consistently and you’ll hit $10K/month before most people finish “planning” their funnel.
Step 5: Sell First, Build Second
This one’s huge. Stop trying to build the perfect program before anyone pays you.
When I started, I was selling $3,200 fitness programs… with Excel spreadsheets and manual Zoom calls.
Was it perfect? No.
Did it work? Hell yes.
Get paid first. Then improve.
Perfection is a luxury. Money is oxygen. Don’t forget that.

Step 6: Don’t Just Go Viral—Go Valuable
Posting content is NOT about likes.
It’s about leads.
So stop dancing on TikTok trying to go viral. Start answering objections, solving problems, and showing proof.
I’ve posted over 1,600 YouTube videos. I only have ~30,000 subscribers.
But I’ve made over $115M in sales.
That’s the difference between being a content creator… and being a business owner.
Step 7: Buy Back Your Time
Once you’re making money, buy back your time fast.
Here’s the order:
- Account Manager – Handles fulfillment
- Setter – Handles your inbox and booking calls
- Sales Rep – Closes the deals (once you’ve dialed the offer)
This is how you scale to $100K/month with just 5-6 people.
And if you’re not using SOPs (standard operating procedures), you’re just asking for chaos. Start documenting everything you do and make your team do the same.

Step 8: Run Ads Only When You’re Ready
Want to know the fastest way to lose money?
Running ads on an unproven offer.
Here’s the rule:
Don’t spend a dollar until you’ve made three organic sales.
Ads amplify what’s already working—or what’s already broken.
Once your offer converts organically, start with boosted posts, warm traffic, and retargeting.
Track everything:
- Cost per click
- Cost per lead
- Cost per call
- Cost per customer
Use logic, not emotion. Data tells you what to fix.
Sell First, Build SecondStep 9: Build a Machine, Not a Mess
If you want to scale past $100K/month, systems matter.
Use a CRM. Build dashboards. Track every metric. Run daily or weekly reviews with your team.
I know—it’s not sexy.
But it’s the difference between running a business and owning a job.

Step 10: Earn It
You don’t deserve $1M/year just because you want it.
You have to become the person who earns that much:
- Develop the skills
- Eliminate distractions
- Build unshakable discipline
- Invest in mentorship
And here’s the most important thing I’ll leave you with…
Don’t quit.
Everyone who started with me years ago is gone. I stuck it out.
Even when I was broke. Even when it sucked.
And because of that, I didn’t just make six figures…
I made nine.
The Takeaway
You don’t need a big following. You need a big offer, a bulletproof system, and the balls to actually execute.
That’s it.
So if you’re tired of guessing… if you want the exact blueprint that took me from broke in my parents’ house to $115 million in sales…
