I made my first $10K month from cold DMs. I still send 100/day (my hands or my team’s). The basics print money because they create conversations.

Do this today: 100 targeted DMs. 30% should answer. 5–10% should book. If not, your opener or profile is weak—fix it.

 

4) Respect Your Money Daily

I check my business cards every day. Not because $2K in random apps will “ruin me,” but because how you treat money is why you keep it.

Do this today: Audit recurring expenses. Kill anything you don’t use. Then set a weekly cash review you never miss.

8) Audit Your Circle Monthly

I keep a small circle. Fewer takers. More builders. If someone drains you, they’re too expensive.

Do this today: List top 10 people you spend time with. Next to each, write + or –. Double down on +. Ghost the –.

Leads → Calls → Closes. If revenue dips, one of these is down. Fix that one.

10) Sell Before You Build

Most people waste a year building a thing nobody buys. I pre-sell, then fulfill. The market pays, or the market passes. Feelings aren’t data.

Do this today: Write a one-page offer. Pre-sell 5 spots. If buyers appear, build. If not, rework the promise and try again.
