It must fall into one of three categories:

  • Relationships

     

That’s it. Don’t overthink it.

When I started, my fitness offer was simple:

“I’ll teach you how to eat whatever you want without sabotaging your results.”

Boom. That offer crushed because it went against the grain and solved a real problem in a new way.

Then I got into business coaching. My USP became:

“I’ll help you book 72% more calls using the CC method.”

Specific. Measurable. Different.

If your offer sounds like everyone else’s, you will get ignored.
So don’t be generic. Be clear, different, and results-driven.

Step 2: Build Your “Three Pillars”

Once you’ve got your unique offer, you need to build belief around it.
That’s where the “three pillars” come in—your logical proof points.

Here’s the formula:

  1. Pillar 1: Address the #1 result they care about.

  2. Pillar 2: Compare what they’re currently doing vs. your way.

  3. Pillar 3: Explain why you are the best person to help them.

I used this in both fitness and business, and it works every time.

Example for business:

  • Pillar 1: Create a premium offer so you’re not a commodity.

  • Pillar 2: Get leads without burning money on webinars or ads.

  • Pillar 3: Why hire me? $115M in sales. I’ve done it, not just taught it.

Step 3: Get in the DMs and Close Deals

Let’s assume you’re broke.
No audience. No team. No money for ads.

Perfect.

Start messaging 100 warm leads a day.
Likes, followers, comments—people already engaging with you.

Send 100 DMs → Get 30 replies → Book 6 calls → Close 2 sales.
At $1,500 each, that’s $3K. Do it three times in a week, you just made $10K.

If you don’t have warm leads, go cold.
Facebook groups, IG comments, niche influencers.
Use personalized messages. Don’t be lazy.

Focus on delivering real outcomes. Record your calls, turn them into future training, and improve as you go.

  • Wave – to collect payments (Stripe if you must)

  • Google Docs – to manage literally everything

I scaled to $300K/month with this setup.
